​By registering for and participating in Off Road Anarchy, you agree to the

following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Eligibility

• Participants must be of legal age (18+) or have written parental/guardian consent to participate.

• All participants must be medically and physically fit to engage in endurance, trail, and off-road activities.

2.Assumption of Risk

• You acknowledge that participation in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical exertion, uneven terrain, accidents, equipment failure, falls, collisions, extreme weather conditions, or interaction with other participants.

• By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks, including serious injury, permanent disability, or death.

• You agree not to hold the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, venue owners, or affiliates liable for any harm sustained during the event.

 

3.Safety and Conduct

• Participants must follow all safety instructions, use protective gear when required, and obey course marshals and signage.

• Reckless or unsafe behavior will lead to disqualification or removal from the event.

• The use of drugs, alcohol, or performance-enhancing substances is strictly prohibited.

4.Medical Consent

• You authorize the organizers to administer basic first aid or seek emergency medical care on your behalf in case of injury or accident.

• All associated costs for emergency care are your responsibility.

5.Indemnity and Waiver

You agree to:

• Waive all claims against the event organizers and related parties.

• Indemnify and hold harmless Off Road Anarchy and all affiliated entities from any liabilities, damages, or legal actions resulting from participation in the event.

6.Death and Serious Injury Clause

In the unfortunate event of serious injury or death, you and your heirs, representatives, or next of kin agree:

• Not to pursue legal action or compensation from the organizers.

• That you were made fully aware of the risks prior to participation.

• That participation was undertaken voluntarily and at your own discretion.

7.Cancellations Force Majeure

• The event may be postponed or cancelled due to weather, natural disasters, health emergencies, or other force majeure situations. No refunds are guaranteed.

8.Media Release

• By attending the event, you consent to the use of your image, name, voice, and likeness in any event-related media, promotions, or marketing.

 

9. Governing Law

• These terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangalore Jurisdiction.
