2.Event Cancellation or Postponement
If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will:

Offer a free transfer of registration to the rescheduled date or a future edition of the event

Not guarantee a cash refund unless explicitly communicated
3.Merchandise Product Returns
We do not sell or deliver any physical merchandise, so no return or refund process applies to products.
All event gear (e.g., ORA t-shirts) is distributed on-site only, and participants must collect it during the designated pick-up period.
