Please read our return and refund policy carefully. Since our event involves no physical product sales or shipping, this policy applies solely to event registrations and participation-related matters.

1.Event Registration – No Refund Policy

• All event registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Refunds will not be provided for:

  • No-shows

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Inability to attend due to weather, travel, or personal emergencies

In rare cases of documented medical emergencies or exceptional situations, you may contact us. Any refund or event credit will be at the sole discretion of the organizers.

2.Event Cancellation or Postponement

If the event is canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will:

• Offer a free transfer of registration to the rescheduled date or a future edition of the event

• Not guarantee a cash refund unless explicitly communicated

3.Merchandise Product Returns

We do not sell or deliver any physical merchandise, so no return or refund process applies to products.

All event gear (e.g., ORA t-shirts) is distributed on-site only, and participants must collect it during the designated pick-up period.
